County-by-county breakdown of tobacco settlement due counties -
Money counties are receiving Sunday under New York's settlement with tobacco companies. In all, the state will get $25 billion by the year 2025. The state will get just over half, New York City nearly 27 percent and the 57 counties outside the city the rest.
